To participate in the worldwide indoor golf club, play and organize an Online Tournament we recommend the following requirements:

• Installation of LS Golf 3 software version 3.1.0 or higher, with the Play Online feature enabled
• Your location needs to be signed up through the Full Swing Golf Indoor Golf Club website
• Each of your simulators need to be registered

To run Online Tournaments, it is essential that your simulator have the latest update LS Golf 3 software version 3.1.0 or higher installed.

If you do not see the Play Online button located in the LS Golf 3 Main Menu, your software may not be compatible. Online Tournament play is only available for LS Golf 3 software version 3.1.0 or higher. Please contact tournaments@fullswinggolf.com to get a free* copy of the latest version.

*A free software update requires that you already purchased a previous version of LS Golf 3. Shipping and handling charges may apply.

Sign Up Your Location

Go to www.fullswinggolftour.com and follow the steps below:

• Select Simulator Owners (located in the main menu of the home page) and click Sign up now!

• Complete the registration form in the Location Sign Up Page or complete the Sign Up form here. Remember to enter the exact number of simulators you wish to register

 Note: For those of you with multiple simulators, you only need to sign up one time to receive a registration code for each simulator.

• Select Sign Up to complete your registration

Upon registration of your location, you will automatically receive an email from us providing you with a simulator code(s) for each simulator you wish to register. In a separate email, you will also receive your login and password for access to the Online Management Suite.

After completing the Location Sign Up Page, you can now proceed to register your simulator(s). In order for the simulators(s) to be part of the worldwide indoor golf community each simulator must be registered online with a unique Registration Code.


Register Your Simulator

Using the touchscreen on the Full Swing Golf Simulator,

• Select Play Online from the LS Golf 3 Main Menu
• From the Welcome to Online Tournaments screen, select Continue
• You will be directed to a Simulator Registration Information screen, select Continue
• Enter the Online Registration Code you received via email in the fields provided
• After the four code fields have been completed, select Validate. This unique code will contact our server and automatically complete the remaining fields
• Select Confirm to register your simulator for online play

Before you create and organize your own Online Tournament, we highly recommend you ensure proper installation of the LS Golf 3's "Play Online" software feature. We recommend you register to play an Online Tournament directly on the simulator, check your scores on the leaderboard and confirm that your scores were sent successfully to our Full Swing Golf server.

Organize your own tournament

Now you're ready to organize your own Online Tournament using the Online Management Suite,

• Go to www.fullswinggolftour.com
• Select Simulator Owners (located in the main menu of the home page) and click Log in. Remember, you must first sign up your golf center location and receive a login and password via email to access the Online Management Suite
• Enter your login and password
• Select Sign In to access the Online Management Suite
• Select Tournaments (located in the main menu of the home page)
• On this page, you can choose between the quick tournament or advanced create tournament options

Note: We highly recommend you use the quick tournament option if you are new to creating your own Online Tournament. The quick tournament option creates a tournament with the most standard default properties. The advanced create option allows you to create a tournament where you can modify the default properties.

The following list below contains the default settings currently in place for setting up an Online Tournament:

Tournament Type-Default is set to: Play Golf

Mode of Play-Default is set to: Stroke

Allow Multiple Rounds per Player-Default is set to: Do not Allow

Registration Type-Default is set to: Open Public Registration

Print Ticket at Registration-Default is set to: Yes

Tournament Handicap-Default is set to: No Handicap

• Complete the quick tournament or advanced create form and select Save and Exit
