General Information

Who can play Online Tournaments?

Any golfer having access to a Full Swing Golf Simulator where the Online Tournaments feature is enabled can play Online Tournaments.

Do I have to register to play Online Tournaments? If so, how do I register?

  • Yes, all golfers must register to play
  • The easiest way to register is to simply go to any Full Swing Golf Simulator, select the Tournaments button and follow the prompts

Is there a membership fee?

Currently, there is no membership fee. Full Swing Golf reserves the right to charge for new online web services and membership fees.

Where can I play Online Tournaments?

You can play Online Tournaments at any location that has a Full Swing Golf Simulator with the Online Tournaments feature enabled.
To locate a Full Swing Golf Simulator location near you go to Find a Local Simulator.

What types of Online Tournaments are available?

The types of tournaments available include:
  • Golf games of 3, 9, 18 or any number of selected holes
  • Closest to the Pin (known as "Nearest to the Pin" in Europe)
  • Longest Drive
You can choose from Online Tournaments hosted by Full Swing Golf, your local simulator location, or golf centers around the world.

What is a Full Swing Golf Tour?

A Full Swing Golf (FSG) tour is a quarterly indoor golf event that runs weekly tournaments and awards points for participation among the 100 best golfers. The FSG tour is the only multiple tournament indoor gaming experience with real time leaderboards.

Getting Started

How do I get started playing Online Tournaments?

  • Go to any Full Swing Golf Simulator where the Online Tournaments feature is enabled, select the Tournaments button and follow the prompts to start playing an Online Tournament

Registration

There are 2 ways to register:

  • Directly on the Full Swing Golf Simulator by selecting the Tournaments button
    Or
  • Through the Full Swing Golf Indoor Club website at fullswinggolftour.com

How do I register to play using the Full Swing Golf Simulator?

Using the touchscreen on the Full Swing Golf Simulator,
  • Select the Tournaments button
  • Select Play Golf
  • Enter your email address
  • You will be automatically assigned the password golf
  • Enter your name (first and last)
  • Select your Gender and Handed Status
  • If you want to register additional players select Add Online Player
  • If you simply want to add a guest player select Add Guest Player
  • Select the tournament you wish to play
  • Select the tournament flight you want to compete in
  • Select Play to start playing!

How do I register to play on the Full Swing Golf Indoor Club website?

  • Go to fullswinggolftour.com and click on Step 1, Register to Play
  • Complete the registration form: during the registration process you will receive your player id and password
  • Next Find a Local Simulator and locate an Online Tournament
  • Then Start Playing Golf!

Can I register to play Online Tournaments if I don't have an email address?

Unfortunately, you are unable to register for Online Tournaments without an email address. Our system requires that you have an email address to register to play an Online Tournament. It also requires that you sign up for one Online Tournaments account per email address. You can easily get a free email address at gmail.com or yahoo.com.

What is My Golf Home Page?

The My Golf Home Page is your personal golf page. It is where all the information related to you and Online Tournaments resides. Your My Golf Home Page is where you go to view your tournament schedule, upcoming events and game results. It also provides you the option to change your home location, personal profile, preferences, password, or add a picture.

What is displayed on My Golf Home Page?

Your My Golf Home Page displays the following:
  • Player Profile
  • Your Handicap
  • Your Location
  • Your Country
  • Your Rank
  • Your Golf Activity
  • Your Golf Buddies

What can I do from My Golf Home Page?

You can perform the following actions from your My Golf Home Page:
  • Change your home location
  • Add/Change your picture
  • Change/Edit your profile
  • Change your preferences
  • Change your password

Forgot your player id and/or password?

How do I change my password?

  • Go to Forgot Your Password page  
  • Enter your login and password
  • You will be directed to your My Golf Home Page
  • Select My Account
  • Click on Change Password to change your password
  • Enter your Old Password
  • Create a New Password
  • Confirm your New Password by re-entering it in the Confirm Password field


Locate an Online Tournament

Why can't I view the tournament that I am looking for?

If the golf center organizer has set the Online Tournament to private, then it is not open for public play or viewing. You need be an authorized player as well as set your home location to view a listing of the golf center's scheduled tournaments.

Setting Your Home Location

Why do I have to select a home location?

In order to view a listing of scheduled tournaments in your golf center location, you need to select a home location. This will allow you to view and play "private" tournaments hosted by your home location.

How do I select a home location?

A home location is automatically set for you when you sign up at a simulator in a particular location or when you select a location during step 2 of the registration process. The home location is the golf center where you regularly play indoor golf.

How do I change my home location?

  • Go to fullswinggolftour.com 
  • Click on Log In
  • Enter your login and password
  • You will be directed to your My Golf Home Page
  • Select "Change location?"
  • Select a Worldwide Region and Country. Depending on the country you select, you will be prompted to select a City or State
  • Click on select location to select a home location
Note: If you decide to change your home location, be sure to change your home location back to your golf center location to continue viewing scheduled public and private tournaments hosted by your golf center location.


Scores and Leaderboard

How do I view my scores?

  • Go to fullswinggolftour.com 
  • Click on Log In
  • Enter your login and password
  • You will be directed to your My Golf Home Page
  • Under My Golf Home Page, select My Game History to view your scores. You can now print a friendly version of your scorecard from this page

How do I view the live leaderboard for an event?

  • Go to fullswinggolftour.com 
  • Select Leaderboards
  • Select View Leaderboard next to the tournament name you wish to view

My results do not show on the leaderboard.



Authorization to Play

Why was I denied authorization to play an Online Tournament?

Most often the organizer of a tournament sets certain criteria to play in an Online Tournament. The requirements for play maybe based on a specific country, user group, golf center, handicap or any combination of reasons.

How can I contact a simulator owner to authorize me to play an Online Tournament?

  • To request authorization to join a tournament, please contact the organizer of the local golf center via their email address located under Golf Locations at fullswinggolftour.com

Handicap Information

How can I acquire an official indoor golf handicap?

In order to acquire an official indoor golf handicap, you need to play a minimum of three completed rounds in any 9 or 18-hole Online Tournament or Practice Round. For more information on how we calculate the indoor golf handicap click here.

Where can I view my handicap statistics?

  • Go to fullswinggolftour.com 
  • Enter your login and password
  • You will be directed to your My Golf Home Page
  • Under My Golf Home Page, click on My Statistics to view your Handicap Index Result

How is the official indoor golf handicap calculated?

The official indoor golf handicap is calculated using the USGA golf guidelines. For more information on the USGA golf handicap guidelines go to The USGA Handicap System Manual.

What is the difference between input and system handicap?

  • The input handicap selection allows you to enter your handicap when you register to play an Online Tournament
  • The system handicap selection allows you to acquire an official indoor golf handicap after you play three completed rounds in any 9 or 18-hole Online Tournament or Practice Round

What is the handicap differential index (Diff)?

The handicap differential index (Diff) is used for the purpose of balancing out the playing field between easier and more challenging golf courses. And, it is also used for the purpose of calculating your indoor golf handicap. The Diff calculation formula is as follows: gross score * slope/rating. After a series of rounds, the best handicap differentials are averaged and multiplied by 0.98 to arrive at your indoor golf handicap. Your handicap index differential is located on your membership card on your My Golf Home Page.

How do I contact a player with a personal message through the FSG website?

  • You can contact a player via their golf center location
  • Go to fullswinggolftour.com 
  • Select Golf Locations
  • Select a Worldwide Region and Country. Depending on the country you select, you will be prompted to select a City or State
  • Click Leaderboard next to the player's tournament name
  • Click Player's Name to view player's page
  • Click Contact Player to send a message
  • Enter the message


Change My Profile or Preferences

How do I change my profile or preferences?

  • Go to fullswinggolftour.com 
  • Enter your login and password. You will be directed to your My Golf Home Page
  • From your My Golf Home Page, under My Account, click on My Player Profile to update or change your profile
  • From your My Golf Home Page, under My Account, click on My Preferences to update or change your preferences

What are my preference options?

Your preference options include:
  • The option to receive or not receive FSG or other parties related events information
  • The option to receive or not receive Tournament Results
  • The option to receive or not receive Tournament Sign Up Information

Golf Center - The Golf Center is where the Full Swing Golf Simulator resides. Golf Centers are the locations that host Online Tournaments.
My Golf Home Page - The My Golf Home Page is your personal golf page. It is where all the information relating to you and Online Tournaments resides. Your My Golf Home Page is where you go to view your tournament schedule, upcoming events and game results. It also provides you the option to change your home location, personal profile, preferences, password, or add a picture.
Online Management Suite - The Online Management Suite is a customizable tool that allows the golf center organizer to create and organize an Online Tournament indoor gaming experience.
Online Tournaments - Online Tournaments offers golfers the opportunity to play competitive indoor golf with other participants worldwide, exclusively on a Full Swing Golf Simulator.
